Thats it.  No "threat detected messages",  systems appears to be running fine  ;D.   

Cant thank you & Pondus for taking the time to help me out. couple of class acts!   :)

That's what we be here for  ;D

Run AdwCleaner and press the uninstall button
Run OTL and press the cleanup button
Delete AswMBR from the desktop

All done
