WebRep has crashed....

 For more than a week the avast antivirus showed a notification with this message "avast! WebRep has crashed. Click this balloon to reload the extension." 

I clicked on the balloon without any success. I reboot my laptop, restart. I need help, does any one in this forum knows how this could be resolve? Do I need to uninstall and re-install the software?

have you tried avast repair?

control panel > ad remove programs > avast > uninstall > repair option.....wait a copule of minutes and reboot

any change?
