Removed SIM card
« on: November 25, 2012, 05:23:29 PM »
I had been setting up the avast anti-theft system for my android Galaxy S3 when I noticed all my contacts disappeared. At first I thought it was just because I was on airplane mode or something but I later got an email from avast that my SIM card had been removed. Is there any fix to this? I tried uninstalling the anti-theft thing with no success

Hello,

your lost contacts are definitely not due to the installation of anti-theft.

still you can see if your contacts are still available by opening https://www.google.com/contacts and log in. works only if you allowed your phone to sync with google.
