Whats up with "Ask the President a question"

 ???I received over 100 of these emails  about  Ask the President a question!. Is this some thing I should worry about? I tried to unsubscribe but the link was just text. ???

I have no idea where these come from ?

Generally don't unsubscribe from emails which may be spam as all it does is confirm they have a live email and this address can be added to other lists.

Obviously not or I would have an idea where it came from and that is why I advise caution in responding to possible spam (until you confirm the source) even if it is to unsubscribe.
