How to get music from dead PC to new pc

So my motherboard on my old PC died so how can I remove music from old hard drive and install to new PC....?

Get the HDD out of the PC and insert it on a functional PC or use a USB Harddrive station

You should be able to access all data on the harddrive that way.

I lost a computer that way and it was turned into an external hard disk for me.
With the motherboard gone to digital heaven, the hard disk is entitled to live on.
