Virus???

Hi, first of all, I'm writing since another computer because of my laptop problem
I was in a web page when I think a spam page opened, Avast told me it was analyzing this page and suddenly the screen went white at all
I rebooted but when windows is going to start the white screen appears, but also a couple of windows appears that last 1 mili second and I can't see what say. I think these windows dont allow me to work my laptop
I don't know what to do, if its a virus or a pc problem

can you start it in safe mode?

No, I can't. I select safe mode and when it is saying "Starting Session" changes quickly to "Finishing Session" and starts normal mode

Hi what is the operating system XP, Vista 7 or 8
If vista or better is it 32 or 64 bit
Do you have a USB or CD burner
