PROBLEM SOLVED - PLEASE DELETE THREAD
I'm using XP, just now my Mail Shield and Web Shield stopped working. I can't connect to the internet. I clicked 'Fix Now' but nothing happened.
I tried to Repair Avast but came back with a log that said it failed to repair.
So I uninstalled it, and then re-installed Avast. Because I couldn't connect to the internet, I used another computer to download the latest virus definitions and installed it. But the MailShield and Webshield are still not working
I ran scans, there were nothing wrong with my computer.
What shall I do?
