File prevalence/reputation is low" with signed installer
« on: December 10, 2012, 03:58:31 PM »
I'm using a signed installer (INNO Setup and StartCom class 2 certificate) with my software, but Avast puts it into the sandbox and doesn't allow to run. Users of my software are confused with this and complain on virus threat. If "Autosandbox" mode is set to "Auto" (the default), Avast doesn't even allow to run this installer, and INNO setup file fails.

site web cScrabble: http://cscrabble.csoftidf.fr/index.php/en.html.
Program cScrabbleSetup.exe download page : http://cscrabble.csoftidf.fr/index.php/en/downloads/viewcategory/1-programmes-a-outils.html

It's a really detrimental issue for cScrabble and i hope you'll fix it soon.

Best regards.

What does the autosandbox.log show (c:\program data\avast software\avast\log)? Isn't it rather the installed executable itself (which is not signed) that is autosandboxed?
