SOA error on starting

Hi. I am just trialling Avast Endpoint Protection as a possible replacement for Trend Micro WFBSS for a small office. The SOA console has been running fine for a few days, but all of a sudden I started getting an error every time I launch it; "Unable to load content: 7005 An error has occurred. [Line: 60 Position: 98]". After closing the error dialog, the console seems to run normally, but it's not inspiring confidence to see an error every time. Here is a screenshot.

I see no errors in the Avast system log or in event viewer. I found one other post asking about this error from one year ago, but it had no replies. Any clues what is causing this error, and how to fix it?
