Corrupt Safe Mode Boot

Hi, the Uninstall utility forces windows into a safe mode boot, but safe mode is corrupt and do not start. Windows then restarts into the same process, wich leavs me stuch, and I can no longer enter Windows 7. Is there a way to turn of the safe mode boot initiated by Uninstall utility?

When you restart the computer press and hold F8
Does a menu appear ?
On that menu is there the option Repair my computer ?
