If I stealth my ports will that cause any torrenting problems?

Why not ask on the Comodo forum since this has nothing to do with avast!

+1  Having said that there shouldn't be any problems since you are initiating the connection.
      But when you use torrent downloads there can be security issues. But it's your machine.  :)
