There isn't a default file name.

When you save the settings, you have the choice of file name and location other than the defaults. So I suggest that you use the 'Back up settings' again, that will show the file name (which generally has the date-time and a file type of avast.config) and the location it will be saved (default is My Documents, which can be changed).

See image examples.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

You don't have to find it, just save a new  'Back up settings' and give it another name (not crucial), but more crucial save it to a different location, one that you can find.
