Saying it has expired when it cant possibly be.
« on: December 29, 2012, 06:33:58 AM »
My avast thing says it is unsecured because my subscription has expired. Yet the date that the subscription is current till is the 26/7/2013.
It says my license has expired etc.
I have emailed avast and they say to uninstall - which i have
Reinstall - which I have
and sent through the license.
ALL TO NO AVAIL!
I am ready to pull my hair out.
Any other suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
Sorry if i have put this in the wrong place!

And you have checked that the system date and time is correct.

A friend had a similar problems, and the date/time on the computer was totally wrong
