Exploit-MIME, Exploit-MIME.gen

My system keep trying to send email out and then I get and fail to deliver message and one of the files is call "Exploit-MIME, Exploit-MIME.gen.c" that is on the email I have a vast pro but when i scan i can't find a virus looking on Google I found something a explorer 5 but nothing how to remove it
