Where is the avast browser cleanup tool.

Well I've never heard of an "avast browser" cleanup tool ???
If you mean the Avast installation cleanup utility see: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
Otherwise, I am uncertain what you are referring to. :) 8)
