Uninstall the driver via device manager
Reboot and allow windows to install the generic driver

I kinda done the first bit, then installed the 306 that came on the EVGA disk, does this make a difference?

Could you help me at all with this?, I've done a repair on Avast, uninstalled it with Aswclear, and reinstalled it normally, safezone will still not work.

Operation break point, it's happened in the past on my previous install of Win7.

OK that's a new one on me it appears to reference a stop instruction within the programme..  How did you repair it last time ?

My Kernel corrupted not long after, I think I just removed it and reinstalled it like I just done, so yea..
