Keeping settings for Files to scan....
« on: February 19, 2005, 07:06:38 PM »

Hi ya,

when doing a virus scan you have to tick the boxes all the time for the areas to scan....is there any way that the same setting for scanning the same files be kept instead of ticking the boxes all the time.....

also where it says date of last scan on the interface it says "not done yet"...where as i have done a couple of scans....why does it show no scans?...

thanks in advance,

Adrian  :)

Sorry but let's say this is a feature reserved for avast Professional Edition. Its Enhanced UI lets you do exactly this by using the concept of scanning tasks...

You need to do (complete) a full HDD scan. Use the HDD icon to do it
