Web shiled vs. standard shield

What is the difference between the web shield and the standard shield? i.e.: Won't the standard shield also scan my web activity?
I use Win98se, do I really need the webshield?  ??? ::)

If you need/want it or not is up to you to decide.
The difference between the two is explained in the help file.
