Malicious URL Blocked keeps popping up continously on the computer. I ran a full system scan with avast it found a few items I moved them to the chest then did a boot scan, it also found a few items with java.
I then downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a quick scan, it found 52 items I checked all and clicked remove and did a restart.
The MBAM log is atached, the pop ups keep on happening, what is the next step
