Win32Sober-H2[wrm]

Good afternoon
Please help  me  excuse me I speak very bad english
I have Avast 4.6 Edition familiale
It say me in the "news paper" my computer is infected by Win32 Sober -H2  and that there is the correction on the Internet but I don't find it anywhere.
Can you give me more information and also How to do when I have got the correction

From what I've found, there are several Sober worms, all of which are Email Worms, although there's no information about Sober-I.

I'm no expert at this, but if it was me, I'd just delete all infected files normally. If you wish to read about the different types of the worm Sober, you may do so here.
