I catn recover my files from the trunk

I can not recover my files from the trunk, I have desactivated all the shields, and when I try to recover the files. only direct accesses are shown, but not the folders. who can help me???

avast does not send folders to quarantine, but files.....when you restore it will be sendt back to orginal location unless you specify a different folder to restore it to. a copy of the file will remain in chest just in case something goes wrong

Something is wrong, I have tried all what the manual said and nothing, looking to my HD, the space used by my files are still there, but I can not see the files nor folders.  Only direct accesses to my folders are created, but they do not find the route. Is it a way to visualize the info from my HD so I can copy them yo other file???

Are all your shortcuts and folders missing ?

  • Download RogueKiller  and save it on your desktop.
     
    NOTE: If using IE8 or better Smartscreen Filter will need to be disabled

  • Quit all programs
  • Start RogueKiller.exe.
  • Wait until Prescan has finished ... 
  •     Click on Scan
   
 
  • Wait for the end of the scan. 
  • The report has been created on the desktop. 
  • Click on the Delete button.
     
  • The report has been created on the desktop.
  • Next click on the ShortcutsFix   

  • The report has been created on the desktop.
Please post:    All RKreport.txt text files located on your desktop.

it is done, i have recovered all my files and folders, using rouguekiller, tks to everybody.

Could you post the logs please as that is an infection form .. Or you have been playing with view options  ;D
