My restart protection got grayed out...

I've installed a new ROM (prior hard reseting the phone).
I've restored the apps which I've backed up with ROM Toolkit including the AT.
The status of the AT protection is green and I can have access to it, but the screen of the restart protection is grayed out.
I cannot save the settings neither verify the saved settings.

the .png you posted is corrupted somehow.
and I suppose you mean "hardreset protection" (not restart protection, right?)

anyway. it sounds like you didn't install it rooted but just installed it standard way. maybe the rom toolkit did something wrong.
so - please un- and reinstall rooted to fix the problem.
