right now I use superantispyware to find tracking cookies on chrome, is there any other program(s) that can do this?

Most security programs do not bother about cookies. They are not a threat. You can also control cookies through your browser.

you can empty cookie folders with CCleaner.

OBS.... remember to untic the toolbar install if you dont want it

Download the CCleaner Slim version which doesn't include the toolbar in the installation file
