what is the problem with shield? from avast or my windows 8?  :o

and i want to turn on all shield, so what is the solve to make my behaviour shield not cause trouble to my windows 8 anymore?  :'(

i have tried aswnet patch and that's not my problem even clear my memory dump too.

sorry i'm newbie in this forum, any help i will appreciate it. :)

I think you turn off the Web shield. Because it have a problems

i've read another topic about problem with behaviour and web shield.

i'm okay with web shield and doesn't have problem with it.
my only problem is with behaviour shield, when is 'behaviour shield on' i try restart and login only "black screen" appear.

i can open task manager and my mouse is moving too but there's no dekstop and start screen appear.
after that i try run in safe mode and "turn off behaviour shield".

My start screen appear again!

so, the question is.

what is the problem? my windows 8 or avast?
can i turn on my behaviour without get black screen when startup?


My OS: windows 8 pro Build 9200

@bob: already bob. i bought windows 8 cd this month and update the windows at very first start.  :(

@pk: roger that. but, is just me or there is nothing in minidump folder??? there's no even a file... :o

should i just send the folder instead?

Sorry pk Avast! 8 public beta does not support W8.

@pk: sorry pk, i've experienced try avast! 7 from its very 1st generation. so many bug i receive.  :(
but now i'm happy my avast! 7 run smoothly on my xp and 7.

maybe i will just wait for the final release then buy a new AIS. my day almost 64 days more, i hope avast! 8 will be ready at that time   ;D
