File infected but can not delete

I accidentally entered a viral website.

Avast said it blocked a trojan horse from getting in.

But I did a boot scan and it said

File C:\Windows\AutoKMS.exe | > [Embedded-I#05c46] is infected by win32:PUP-gen (PUP)

I hit delete but then I get

Unhandled exception Error 0x0C0000005.  {The instruction at 0x008}x referenced memory at 0x008} x  The memory could not be %s.)

System restore did not work.  It is still there.   What do I do?
