Are there ways to delete groups created under SMS and Call Filter?

Also, are there ways to delete members (contacts) within a group under SMS and Call Filter?

Hi,

sure, long-press the member/group, a context menu with delete option will appear. This design is not very good though and is very likely to change in the future (since we don't use the context menu almost anywhere in the app).
