MYDOOM!!!!HELP

Hello.  I have a computer that was infected with MyDoom(AL) and also dropped a trojan or two in there.  I have gone through and it seems i have gotten rid of my doom, but the trojans seem to keep jumping files or something cause once i get rid of one another new one pops up.  I have the currently infected files in the chest, just wondering what i should do from here

Update your operating system and web browser (which would be handy to know).

In order to help fully we need more information....
- What OS are you using? is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
- What was the virus name, what was the filename, where was it found
  example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?
