Why haven't I received my activation file in my email yet?

hello, I just purchased an activation code for Avast! Pro Antivirus within the past 30 minutes, and I didn't receive anything in my email yet.  Why is it taking this long?  The order number is 14827757

Or use the Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

I tried that, and it says

I KNOW I have put in the correct email.  I'm 100% positive 

I'm gonna either have to get a refund, or they send me a new activation file

On the avast software where it says Summary and went down to where it says Renew now.  Then I put in my email, my credit card # and address, and I was supposed to get an email back but never did.

Don't mean to be rude, but you guys aren't much help.  >:(  >:( You guys are supposed to know what to do.  All you guys did was refer me to other sites, and that's not helping because that just shows how little knowledge you guys have.   

This is supposed to be the "official" Avast! forum, and I was expecting to see some professional knowledge of resolving my problems, but I guess I was wrong. 

You know what, just tell me if it's possible if I can get a refund, because I have very little patience.
