Being users just like you, there is only so much we can do. We are "not" employed by avast. We are volunteers who assist other users.
As stated before contact avast "the company". It's simple and quite painless.  :)

Have you visited your credit/debit card site to check whether there is a charge for the purchase?  When I purchased AIS, the charge showed up shortly afterwards.

I already checked, and the transaction is on there.  I can post a screen shot of it, but I don't think it would count too much as proof.  It's my bank statement.  It's a $29.99 purchase for 1 year

You may want to remove the screenshot.  It has your email address that is registered at your bank.  There is no need to divulge such information here on a public forum.  Please make your contact to NexWay ASAP, as others may attempt to redirect any attempt to resolve your problem.

It's been removed now.  I use GMail for most such things, as even if their spam filter grabs the message it can be retrieved for 30 days.  I've used other email providers that simply delete any messages they deem spam without notification or recourse.  Have faith, this should be resolved satisfactorily.

Technically there's nothing I can do about it right now until I receive a message back from the technical support.  I'm a little more calm now than before, but still rather p****d
