ERROR Code: 7013

When I click on WebRep in Avast it indicates that Google Chrome in not installed by way of the following message
Extension is not installed.
Quit the browser application to enable installation of the extension.
However, when I execute the above instruction and click install I receive the following error message.
Error WebRep not installed
Error code: 7013
Any and all help in eliminating this error will be greatly appreciated.

Why am I seeing Firefox in your screenshot ?
