SOA in Linux

Can anybody help me, how can I administrate avasts with SOA in Linux? Unfortunately Microsoft´s Silverlight platform I do not open neither in Firefox, neither in Chrome (both with Silverlight plug-in). Only see this

SOA doesn't run in Linux.

SOA doesn't run in Linux.
It's supposed to be cross platform:

SOA abbreviation on avast forum always means Small Office Administration! .)

Who decide about development of administration GUI avast! products? SOA is using Silverlight from Microsoft and clienst using Flash from Adobe in their setting (specifically statistics)!? Tell me why?  ;D
