I can't understand your logic here, as from the moment Paul_D reported the problem, less than 1 hour later we were trying to help you (via Paul_D) and that hasn't stopped until we managed to resolve it.

There was a little glitch with the webboard 2-3 days ago.
You just should have tried again.
Don't know why you want to uninstall avast because of a little glitch which can always happen.
That is like saying "just because I got a flat tire, I'm gonna buy another brand car".
