AshWebSv.exe - Application Error

when i start my computer after some time i receive a application error for AshWebSv.exe and i must close the application

i have windows xp pro and avast 4.6 home edition version 4.6.603

the version of AshWebSv.exe is 4, 6, 602, 0

Please look into the <avast>\data\log folder, and look if there are any files called unpXXX (XXX is a random number). There should be exactly 1 such file for each crash.

If there are such files, please send them to my email address (click the envelope icon under my sorry picture :)).

OK, it seems that there is some spyware on your machine (mslsp.dll) and it is even buggy - it is causing the ashWebSv.exe process to crash (the process crashes inside this spyware DLL).

I've found some instructions on how to remove it. Please follow this link on Google groups.
