Parental Control: manage or observe the activity of children on the device
Ad-Blocking: remove unwanted adds (and also link to uninstall ofending apps)
Backup: save personal data to cloud storage (perhaps even syncing...)
Encryption: device encryption, SD encryption
VPN: encryption of the internet traffic
Safe QR code scanner for both URL and app up to be downloaded
Other security feature (please, specify)

I am using adaway for adblock and it works OK. For application I don't think it should access internet, simply block it with avast firewall.
avast list all the apps in the firewall setting. It would be nice to only list the app which requires the network permit.
I miss the feature in the firewall configuration to prompt for firewall setting after an application is installed.
I am using other parent control tools for kids to use my phone. I would think it is a good addon.
what I want most is the feature to have privacy access control. why it is not an option in the vote?

What I would like to see is that avast! popup once after every app install opening the firewall settings for that particular app.
Sometimes we install and forget to set the firewall. Please, consider :)

As a comment to the pole suggestions: unfortunately, Ad-Blocking is out of question, unless you want Google to have Avast removed from the Play. Too bad!  >:(

I would like to see none of the features mentioned in Avast Mobile.

At this point, all I want is an Avast that works.  The current version freezes and crashes.

Keep Avast lean and mean.  Don't pollute it with all sorts of features, because I'll simply uninstall it when it becomes a burden to my phone.  I absolutely detest bloated software.

Maybe you should use aLogCat (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.jtb.alogcat) and send the log generated for analysis.
avast! is very stable in my Android devices...

If it crashes, it should be enough to send feedback using Settings-About-Send feedback with all checkboxes ticked. Then just send me the ticked ID you will receive to your email and I will find the logs in our system.

I wouldn't matter pay some bucks for a premium version with backup (sms, call log, contacts, etc) and the ability of take a silent picture from the device front camera.

As you know, new rooted features don't have much priority in AMS so I don't see it being implemented anytime soon, if ever. Maybe you might get lucky in getting this integrated into Anti-Theft instead :)
