Forum time zone settings wrong - can they be changed.
« on: February 26, 2013, 03:07:47 AM »
I have noticed that the Forums are apparently off by 5 hours ... which to me means they are in GMT.

Most forum software has a way to set one's time-zone so that the time stamps are correct when read, without one having to do mental gymnastics.

However, there is noting under "Profile/Summary" or "Profile/Account Settings" which allows one to set or otherwise change one's timezone.

Is there some way to set the time zone?

Yes, but you need 20 posts before you can do that.
