Fix connection problems with account (Anti-Theft)

Hi!

I have been installed Avast! in my Android 2.3.7 phone and all is working fine, but when I try to check if there is any problem with my avast account, I obtain this message: "Your device was found on our server, but it seems that background communication to our servers does not work. Please make sure your internet connection is stable, then disconnect the device from your avast! account and reconnect it to fix this problem"

If I sign in my.avast.com, I see that is my device but is NOT SECURE: It says that Anti-Theft isn't installed...

Can you help me?

Hi!

I disconnect and connect avast account from anti-theft option and now ... it works!!!

I don't know why past friday this action it doesn't work...

Yes, there is sometimes issues with communication between AMS & web portal.
