That is all it says--under results of last scan--is there something else I can expand for more info?

Is there some reason why it couldn't be scanned? (when you resize the column)
Also, what is the full path to the file?

The column cannot be expanded if you drag the header of the column?
Can you post a screenshot?

WMVDS.AX is reported as corrupted CAB? That would be rather strange...
How about the path? Make sure you don't have the options "Do not show hidden files and folders" and "Hide extensions for know file types" set in Windows Explorer - would you be able to find the file, according to the path avast! presents?

Ok Igor found more ---C:\Documents and Settings \Dr. Many\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Conten IE5\IDN3JNGA\wmvax[1].cab\WMVDS32.AX-----Looks like it could be mplayer spyware?

Ah, that looks better (so it really is a CAB file after all).
Well, I don't think it's malware - I believe wmvds32.ax may be a common Media Player file. Maybe Media player was downloading a needed codec and you interrupted the download? (or it simply didn't download correctly)?

I suggest to empty the Internet Explorer cache - this file will disappear as well.
