proteccion WEB ayuda

Tengo win 98 y no logro hacer que funcione nuevamente  la proteccion web especificamente el bloqueo de paginas. Supongo que algo toqué luego de unas restauraciones y reinstalación del IE.

alguien puede ayudar

For Windows 9x, you have to manually configure the browser proxy, as described here:
http://www.avast.com/eng/faq-home-webshield.html
