Avast 8 and Malwarebyes exceptions

I know this may seem silly but with the new Avast 8.0.1489 Free Antivirus, if you put exceptions in the 'Global Exceptions' section under the settings area, should you still also list the exceptions under the 'File System Shield', 'Web Shield' and 'Behavior Shield' sections as well?

Or by putting in the 'Global Exceptions' area cover it all and not needed in the individual shields then?
