All of the scans that I had before were carried forward, even if none were carried forward at the very least you should have the Quick, Full System Scan, a ?? custom scan and the Boot-Time scan.

I would try an avast Repair and reboot.

1. Same here.
2. And if this doesn't help a clean reinstall.

I've tried to repair and it does NOT work.
Any other way to repair it? I hate to uninstall and install again...
And I believe the problem is exactly on exporting/importing settings...

Why are there so many ???? scans in my list? I tried to delete them and they just came back. They take up a lot of space in the scan list.

I'm sure you thought of this already, but try a repair from safe mode.  :)

Most people that have had this or similar blank pages have found the repair to be effective.

Failing that I'm afraid the next step is as suggested a reinstall (clean preferably) or a drive image restore to a point before the problem occurred.

I don't think you can risk back up/saving the existing settings as that may replicate the problem if you restore/import those saved settings. Or you will have to be selective about what is saved, e.g. not saving the Scan/Task definitions, but back up the rest.
