In all honesty I'm not a super IT literate chic...
I own a Fujitsu laptop which updated over a week ago.
I say this as I believe this is when my avast stopped working.
I have tried using the 'fix' button, and a box pops up asking if I want to turn it on. I press yes, then the box pops up again. When pressing yes the second time no further boxes pop up, and it doesn't turn on.
Please can someone advise? Its not the free version of avast.
I'm totally lost on what I can do and I'm not using my laptop until its fixed - which I require for work so causing massive issues.
I hope someone can help!
