Avast! On-Access Scanner Message

How can I turn off the: Avast! On-Access Scanner Message that keeps popping up whenever I open web-pages?

Show detailed info on performed actions, this image is for Internet Mail, Web Shield and Standard Shield Advanced settings also have this option.

Disable "Show detailed info on performed action"

This is explaind in the help file.
