Hallo,

wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe soll ich ein Bild der Alarmmeldung schicken und meine Licens nochmal eingeben!?
Bild ist zu gross bekomme ich die Meldung und ich habe das Free-Programm, also kann ich keine Licens eingeben.

2. Versuche ein anderes Format, z. B. .png
3. avast öffnen --> Verwaltung --> Registrierung --> Lizenzdatei einfügen

Beim Speichern des Screenshots kannst du normalerweise das Dateiformat auswählen.
Hast du die Free Version oder eine bezahlte Version?

Hallo DJBone,

Ich habe mit der Cam gestern ein Bild gemacht von der Fehlermeldung das "zu gross ist das ich es anhänge", seit dem meine "Testzeit" abgelaufen ist heutemorgen??? bekomme ich gar keine Meldung mehr.

Hatte im Januar mir die Free gezogen aus dem Netz und bin von gestern noch 310 Tage auf null Tage Gültigkeit heute morgen gefallen???

seit heutemorgen da ich von 310 Tage Gültigkeit auf 0 Tage gefallen bin??? bekomme ich keine Meldung mehr, da das System ungeschützt ist!!!

Avast noch alarmiert Sie auch wenn die Lizenz abgelaufen ist. Ich würde empfehlen, dass Sie Avast neu registrieren
