File Shield Advance feature

Exclusion + sign under prefs for all shields are not active. Is this because this is the free version? If so is there a link to a paid version?

At the bottom of the Preferences window it says "Click lock to make changes", requires admin password. Once you are authenticated you can make changes like adding items to the exclusion list.
