Which AVAST modules control this?

Which AVAST module controls this aspect.

In every restarts or hibernated resumes I find the Wireless systray module (Snap attached) trying to occupy more resources till it resolves its state. Usually when it tries to find any adapter it has the SPINNING CIRCLE  for a very long time. Many a time during such periods the explorer functions ceases to work and might have to go for a restart if inadvertently invoked like the folder options. Only after AVAST icon comes up the wireless stops spinning.
I have set AVAST to load after all system services.(Snap attached) . This is seeming to being a big irritant.

First of all , very kind  of you to reply. The picture of the screen you put up does not exactly match with the Control Panel options Win 7 x64 Ultimate , which I have. Neverthless the options I could find. Now , even when I hibernate the computer with full power on , why should it go to sleep.
Regarding the subject in general , can you give some more info on NIC etc.
