Help!Malicious URL Blocked

Hello

I have used Avast via Chrome for some time without any problems. However a couple of days ago, my email website which I access at least once a day, was blocked. I contacted the email company and there are no problems with either my domain name or their site. They suggested I uninstalled and reinstalled Avast. I did this but it is still blocking this web address.    It's not a malicious URL!

Any suggestions? Thank you
