Registration Procedure with existing data, how
« on: March 24, 2013, 02:12:04 PM »
I have removed Avast Free Edition from my computer.
Accordingly downloaded and installed the latest version.
Now I like to go through the registration procedure using my existing details. (such as email address and password)
I'm NOT allowed using my existing email address, Avast responds with a message that my email address is already in use.
What to do now, 30 days are left to complete registration.
Replies are welcome, thanks in advance.

The message from avast! is that your email address is already in use and that you need to enter your password in order to continue.
