HELP im being attacked by these ips

Could you attach the OTL extras please as I will need to see that.  Also could you disconnect/power off your router for 10 minutes, thereby gaining a fresh IP   

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

• Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
• Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.

what are those and how do i get them and can you explain me what they are?

It should be in the same location as the OTL logs were stored and is created on the first time you run OTL, look for or search for extras.txt.

To recreate the  extra text run OTL with these settings
