What do I do with Root-kit: hidden file??

My computer has 879 infected files with rootkit hidden file, high severity....I don't know what to do, I'm a noob with all this...If anyone coul tell me what to do I would appreciated. I run a full scan and found that, I couldn't move them to the chest and I don't know if delete is a good idea...anyone than can help me?
