As the topic states, I have it resend the license file and then i go to download it and instead of getting the file, i get a damned htm page with all my info on it, but no file! I've tried saving it as .avastlic and all that and NOTHING works! I seriously doubt I'll get any real help on this forum but if by chance(as extremely slim as it is) someone else has encountered this same issue and has a solution please provide one!

P.S> what the fuck is with this damned verification codes every five seconds?

The resend license file should send you an email with the attachment license.avastlic you shouldn't have to download it.

You don't say what avast version you have, so I can only presume it is Pro or AIS:
Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

The captcha is only for the first 3 posts and is an anti-spam measure.

PROBLEM SOLVED!

It was netzero being a retard with how it handles attachments! I had to go to my hotmail account creating a pop box, and have it load through that one!

Not good form Avast either since it's isn't their fault but the thread sure sounds like it is....

Yes, since it has nothing to do with avast, the first post Title could do with being modified.
